How do I book using a voucher issued by Manor West Hotel?

Please phone the hotel on 066 66 719 4500 or email us info@manorwesthotel.ie and let us know whether you would like to use the voucher towards a dinner booking or to stay in the hotel. You may need to provide the voucher number to complete the booking

How do I make a reservation for a large group?

If you would like to make a reservation for a large group we are happy to assist you. Please email info@manorwesthotel.ie with the dates and details of your booking. The Reservations Team will look after your reservation

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, we do require card details to confirm all room bookings. We pre-authorise the card and no payment will be taken before you check-in. Once you arrive at the hotel you can then pay on check-in.

I would like to make a booking for someone else, how do I pay for their stay?

If you booked through our website, please contact the hotel and let reservations know that you would like to pay for the booking with the card provided at the booking stage. If you are booking directly with the hotel by phone or email, please let the reservations agent know that you would like to prepay for the booking and they will be able to assist you.

What is Manor West Hotel Cancellation Policy?

If you have booked on our website or directly with the hotel, our cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to check-in. If you need to cancel after this time, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate a late cancellation for you.

If you have booked through an online agent, the agents cancellation policy would apply and you would have to cancel via the agent.

We offer a wide variety of facilities for family’s staying with us. During your stay enjoy our 18m swimming pool with two swim lanes and a kids paddling pool, the kids we love the supervised movie nights and The Den, a designated kids play room located on our first floor.

Do you have family rooms at Manor West Hotel?

Our family bedrooms come in a choice of room with double and single bed, or room with a double bed and bunkbeds. A camp bed or cot can also be added, and fit easily into these rooms without compromising on space should you need them.

Do you have free car parking available at Manor West Hotel?

Yes, we provide complimentary on-site car parking both at ground level and underground for our hotel residents.

What is our check-in/check-out times at Manor West Hotel?

Our check in time is at 3pm on the date of arrival. Check out is at 12am on the day of departure. Check in time can be subject to change based upon availability.

If a pet is required for service purposes it will be permitted to accompany a guest whilst staying in the hotel.

Do you provide iron and ironing boards for use during my stay?

Yes, we provide ironing facilities in our bedrooms.
