AA Rosettes are awarded annually to hotels producing fine cuisine. The aim of the Rosette scheme is to provide AA Members, its guidebook readers and the general public reliable information about where to eat. Rosettes are awarded on a rising scale of 1 to 5, even to receive one Rosette denotes outstanding quality.
The main consideration when awarding Rosettes are the quality of the cooking, additionally we expect consistent standards: across all dishes on all menus for all meals, every day throughout the year."

Excellent restaurants serving food prepared with care, understanding and skill, using good quality ingredients. Guests should be able to eat in with confidence and a sense of anticipation
Executive chef Bart O’Sullivan trained at the Westbury in Dublin and went on to work in top hotels around the world including the Hyatt in Grand Caymen and the Clontarf Castle in Dublin.
Although not his first award ( he’s won both a Gold & Silver Medal from Chef Ireland) Bart is confident it’s not going to be his last, “I’m obviously delighted, it’s a good feeling to have your efforts recognised, this is the first restaurant award for the Manor West and it’s just the first rung on the ladder for us”
