Manor West Hotel & Leisure Club are delighted to announce we will be partnering up with KG Elite Performance Institute. KG Elite Performance will be delivering an internationally recognised Strength & Conditioning Certificate Phase 1 course in Manor West Hotel & Leisure Club's Performance Gym. The Phase 1 course begins the weekend of July 15th & 16th 2017. KG Elite are Ireland's leading Strength & Conditioning course provider, and we are excited to hold their course in our Performance Gym.

Background to KG Elite Performance:
KG Elite Performance are the leaders in Strength & Conditioning Certificate Courses for fitness professionals and coaches. KG Elite's Strength & Conditioning Certification Courses are aimed at qualified Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers, Sport Scientists, Physiotherapists as well as PE teachers and sport coaches. KG Elite's mission is for their Strength & Conditioning Certification Course to become the global leader in Professional Certification for fitness professionals. KG Elite's systems of training and methodologies used to enhance performance are researched based, scientifically driven and supported by years of experience in the feild at the elite level. KG Elite would like to share this knowledge and experience with the next generation of Strength & Conditioning coaches looking to work in the field.
The NCSC (National Certification in Strength & Conditioning) Course is made up of Phase 1 & 2 Courses, followed by the Certification Exam. Over the duration of the NCSC Course, participants will learn the KG Elite Performance S&C training system in a step-by-step approach. They will also get the opportunity to learn from coaches who have worked with athletes at international competitions, World Cups and Olympic Games. All of KG Elites lectures hold degrees as BSc, MSc and Phd level.

1. National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) - 2.0 CEC
2. National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) - 1.9 CEC
3. International Sport Science Association (ISSA) - 2.4 CEC
4. American Council on Exercise (ACE) - 2.30 CEC
